Ingredients: Â
- 400 g. of cooked pumpkinÂ
- 70 g. of oatmeal flour
- of oatmeal sparkles
- 2 sugar spoons
- 1 egg
- 1 cinnamon teaspoonfulÂ
Preparation:
- Peel the pumpkin, cut it into pieces and place it in the oven at 200ÂșC for 20-35 minutes, until it is soft enough to crush it. If we bake it too much, it would release a lot of water and it is something that we do not want. Take it out and let it cool down.
- Beat the egg with the sugar in a bowl.Â
- Then add the pumpkin and beat again until integrated.
- Then add the oatmeal and cinnamon and mix.
- Make balls using two spoons to work the dough and place them on a lined baking tray. We crush them to give them a cookie shape and take them to the oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 190ÂșC.Â
- Take the cookies out, let them cool down and enjoy then with friend and family for holidays đ
