Mango and maracuya mousse

This recipe is a delicious, quick and easy dessert that will please the whole family.

Prepared with a few simple ingredients, this mousse is light and refreshing, with a beautiful balance of sweet and toasty flavors.


  • 1 packet of 12g Etnico freeze-dried Mango pack
  • 300 gr of milk cream
  • 100 gr of condensed milk
  • 100 gr of mango sugar
  • 50 gr of passion fruit pulp
  • 2 egg whites
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 6 gr unflavored gelatin


o Whip the milk cream a little.

o In a blender, puree the condensed milk, mango and passion fruit pulp.

o Hydrate the unflavored gelatin in a little water, heat until it dissolves well, lower the heat and mix with a little of the mousse to warm it.

o Stir in the cream, the fruit puree and the egg whites previously beaten with the sugar.

o Sprinkle Etnico freeze-dried Mango in the molds and then add the mixture, finally, take to the refrigerator.

o When serving, add pieces of our Etnico Freeze-dried Mango to the mousse. Now it's time to enjoy!
