Make healthy toasts for breakfast

These healthy toasts are ideal for the days when you don't know what to eat for breakfast and want to get amazed, they are an easy snack and very healthy for everyday. Try them with Etnico's freeze dried fruit!

Our banana, strawberry, mango and pineapple mix is perfect in any recipe you want to prepare.


  • 1 pack of Etnico's tropical mix
  • Sliced bread
  • Greek yogurt or peanut butter
  • Nuts
  • Chocolate spread
    1. Toast a slice of bread 
    2. Spread greek yogurt or peanut butter on top of the toast.
    3. Add the nuts and some of the fruits from Etnico's tropical mix
    4. Put some chocolate spread on top.
    5. Done!  Now you have a delicious recipe for your breakfast
