Have you ask yourself, how to achieve a healthy routine?. Little by little and with small changes you can incorporate healthy habits for a healthier lifestyle. Achieve healthy routines, improve your nutrition and work out is fundamental to feel more active.

Work out for 30 minutes every day

This time is really important to activate the muscles, you can take a walk or take the stairs, those simple exercises can be done in your free time to make the most out of it.

Drink half a gallon or two litters of water daily  

Being hydrated is fundamental, that's why you should have water close by, so you can drink it throughout the day.

Don't smoke, drink alcohol or sugary drinks.

We already know that those products are bad for our health, that's why they should be avoided as much as possible.

Sleep 7 to 8 hours every night

Have you notice that when you have a bad night of sleep you don't have the best mood in the morning?. Resting doesn't only help your body to recover energy but it also helps your mind to function properly.

Eat 5 times a day  

It is important to eat several times a day in small amounts, this helps keeping a balance, remember that fruit consumption should be abundant.
