Healthy Etnico's Pumpkin Pie

This dessert is easy to prepare and you can enjoy it with family and friends at anytime.

  1. 1 Etnico’s tropical fruits mix pack
  2. 50 ml. of liquid cream
  3. 2 eggs
  • 3 cloves
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • Apricot jam
  • Raspberries
  • Almonds
  • 500 gr. of pumpkin
  • 60 grs. de brown sugar
  • 80 grs. de white sugar
  • 1 ginge
  • Water
  • Wheat flour
  • Pie dough
  • Cinnamon powder 


Stretch the pie dough with a rolling pin and add a little flour so it doesn't stick. Line a round mold with the dough and bake it at 150ºC for ⏱️ 10 minutes, until lightly golden. 

Peel and cut the pumpkin into pieces and boiled together with the brown sugar, a pinch of grated nutmeg, a pinch of ginger, and the cloves until the pumpkin is soft.

Once cooked, blend the white sugar, the liquid cream and the eggs. Beat everything together until you get a homogeneous cream.

Fill the mold with the baked pasta with this cream and put it in the oven at 200ºC for ⏱️ 30 minutes.

Serve the pumpkin pie spread with apricot jam, a pinch of cinnamon powder and finally add our irresistible Etnico Freeze-Dried tropical fruits.
