Etnico's Yogurt with mango dessert

Today we share with you a healthy dessert fit for weight control diets and ideals for kids and grownups. Enjoy the benefits of mangoes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Etnico's crunchy mango pack 12 g. 🥭
  • 400 g. of non sugar greek yogurt
  • 480 g. of mango
  • 20 g. of squeezed lemon juice
  • 6-8 c/p of sugar or other sweetener
  • 12 peppermint leaves
  • Quinoa (optional) 

Preparation:

  1. Wash mangoes, peel them and cut them in pieces
  2. Put into the blender, 400 grams of the mango 's pieces, add sugar or sweetener, peppermint leaves and lemon juice.
  3. Blend very well until you get a light mango sauce.
  4. Put yogurt in a glass, add the mango sauce and cover with the other mango’s pieces, quinoa and Etnico's freeze dried mango for a crunchy texture.
  5. Decorate with peppermint leaves.
