- 1 Etnico's crunchy mango pack 12 g. 🥭
- 400 g. of non sugar greek yogurt
- 480 g. of mango
- 20 g. of squeezed lemon juice
- 6-8 c/p of sugar or other sweetener
- 12 peppermint leaves
- Quinoa (optional)
- Wash mangoes, peel them and cut them in pieces
- Put into the blender, 400 grams of the mango 's pieces, add sugar or sweetener, peppermint leaves and lemon juice.
- Blend very well until you get a light mango sauce.
- Put yogurt in a glass, add the mango sauce and cover with the other mango’s pieces, quinoa and Etnico's freeze dried mango for a crunchy texture.
- Decorate with peppermint leaves.
