Etnico Coconut ice cream

This time we want to share with you a recipe that is not only delicious but also nutritious since we are going to incorporate dried coconut 🌴🥥 and strawberry with puffed quinoa:

Ingredients:

- 1 package of dried coconut and strawberry with puffed quinoa Etnico 12g

- 1 cup milk

- 400 g condensed milk

- 400 g coconut cream

- ½ cup shredded coconut  🥥

- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preparation:

  1. Put the cup of milk in the blender and add the condensed milk, coconut cream, grated coconut, vanilla essence, and blend for one minute.
  2. In a bowl add the mixture and take it to the freezer.
  3. Take it out 3 times every 20 minutes and beat it so it does not crystallize.
  4. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
  5. With the help of a parisienne spoon, scoop out the ice cream ball.
  6. Finally, add our delicious mix of dehydrated fruits.
