- 1 Etnico`s crunchy banana pack of 🍌
- 1 Yogurt
- 1 cup of milk 🥛
- 1 Banana 🍌
- 10 raw almond grams
- 2 Pinches of cinnamon
- Peel the banana and cut it in half
- If the raw almonds have rind, peel them off
- In your blender, put all the ingredients: yogurt, milk, banana slices, almond and cinnamon. Blend them very well and serve in a glass.
