Natural apple 

Apples have numerous benefits for skin care. If you have a sunburn, apply some apple pure on the burned area, leave it for 15 minutes and rinse it with abundant water.  You can repeat the process until you notice that your skin gets better. Due to its antioxidant properties it also helps to moisturize, prevent wrinkles and stains in the skin.

Apples are important for cardiovascular health, because it acts in benefit of fat absorption, and it can prevent diabetes due to its fiber content which helps the body to absorb sugar at a slower rate.

The fiber also helps with weight loss because it increases the sensation of fullness, improves the functioning of the intestines, and it also helps to balance the blood pressure.

A tip: if you have stomach cramps an apple may help, because it helps healing of gastritis and gastric ulcers. 

As if that weren't enough, it can also prevent cavities due to its malic acid content which increases saliva production, and decreases the proliferation of germs.
